- Email your interest and questions to breathelaughpray@headstand.org. When we receive your enrollment we will automatically enter your name in a raffle to win an outfit from Zobha.
- We will send you a fundraising toolkit with ideas for community outreach.
- Commit to service and use the fundraising toolkit to set a goal for yourself.
- Attend the workshop and practice for social change!
This extended vinyasa practice will be informative, fun, and deeply satisfying. We will dive into Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, and Asana. This well rounded practice includes standing poses, twists, backbends, hip openers, core strengthening, inversions, and Savasana. Come light the fire, embrace the flame, and then melt into the bliss... Some previous experience with a Vinyasa Practice is recommended.
